    100 push ups a day program. Anyone else ever try it?

    It works pretty good and you start to notice results very quickly. You just have to be sure to never cheat yourself and to be honest with yourself, which is surprisingly hard.
    the basic go fast bits...
    forged short block, Billet DR1000's, 680cc injectors, meth inj, FMIC, MAFT, Apexi Neo, hotwired 255lph fuel pump.

    The push up is such a great workout because it really does work out your whole upper and core. But sooner or later you will have to do a lot more then a hundred to get any results unless you add weight.

    Thats good. I like making people smile and laugh. Man, I tried running a mile a day. Made it 3 days I do really need to get into shape. Maybe I will do this and run

    A few years ago I could do 100 consecutive but I was lifting for endurance. Right now Ive fallen off and I'm around 50.

    I used to do a lot of push ups every day, just not at one time. I spread it out throughout the day. After a couple of weeks, my elbows were hurting like crazy! So I stopped.

    The highest I reached was 91 consecutive pushups (no pausing and in about 1:15). I have hit 90 many times back when I was training for Pararescue. It feels great to be in that shape. It took me about 4 weeks to reach that point.

    Ugh I'd love to be in shape but I am just so god damn lazy. Usually I think of this before I want to work out.

    30 mins of work out or a Cookie to eat and a good show for 30 mins

    Lol damn I need to lose 10 pounds!
