I'll give this a try starting tomorow. I am certain I'll be in around the level 4-5 or I have some issue's coming up as I have my semi annual physical test in early dec... I need to do upper body work out and get running/biking alittle bit. I miss being in the shape while I was in kuwait, probably right around 175(im 5'11) and was doing daily work outs for 45 minutes and running 2 miles every day

Good point Max! Stretching is key to not feeling like total crap afterward. I miss being relatively in shape as well. I did a 4 hour karting thing recently and nearly had to call someone to drive me home, I could hardly lift my arms to drive home, haha.

I've never been really in shape and I've always sucked at pushups. I'm not a small guy, I'm 6'0 and 200lbs so I can't just toss myself around really lol. This thread motivated me and I've just completed the first week. When I tested myself at first I could only do 6 pushups, nothing to be proud of. That put me in the 2nd level for the first week. Today I was able to complete the workout and then max out at another 10 pushups for a total of 30 today. That's pretty good for what literally took 10 minutes spread over 3 different days throughout the course of a whole week lol. This will be really easy to keep up with. I'm excited to see where I'm at come the New Year.

I've never been much in shape either. I tested at 11 pushups (level 3, first week) at 6'4" and 180lbs (guessing, didn't measure, scale is broken). Just finished the first week, and I'm gonna start up with a new test tomorrow, and start week two Monday. My chest is a bit sore, I went an extra day on the last set because I just plain forgot to do them

Just found this thread. I'm going to start that up as I really need to get in shape because I leave for Basic in 84 days
