    Boost flucurate. Chrome ecu.

Hi all. I hope some of you have any tips.
I think i have tried everything.
The boost is jumping up and down.
I have pressure test the hole system to 2.5bar.
Check the wg’s, bow. everything. Nothing wrong!
Im running chrome ECU taktrix boost soleniod.
20t billet td04hl all supporting mods. Fule, ignition and the rest. I also spray whater/meth frome 0.9bar up to 1.5bar att 100%.

The More boost the more flucurating.
I get more load with lowering the boost.
I have no error corection just tried to gett it stable.

The only thing i Can think of is that the boostsolenoid i to slow.... 16hz fixed value?

I think with my previus engine i ran aem EMS and if i dont’t mistake i was running 32hz to get a smooth boost.

I have tried to sett the load target and correction values. To se if the ECU can handel the corection. that works fine but still not stable.

Someone else that have this problem?

    Best regards /John

Do you have any data logs you can post? How much boost fluctuation are you seeing?

    Hi Alex.
I can’t find a way to upload pics.

I think it’s my crappy billet kinugawa wg’s that’s messing with me.
It’s a 0.8 bar spring. It’s starts to lose the pressure off the spring at 0.4 and I think that this could be the problem.
The wg flap can’t control the pressure correctly. The more i boost the more it’s fluctuate.
I have ordered new 1.2bar springs to se if that’s fixing the problem.

You can upload to a site like imgur and post the pics using the [img] [/img] tags with the hyperlink between the tags.
