Interior panel question

Does anyone make the door panels and rear speaker panels in fiberglass? That or does anyone know of a shop that does a good job fixing the bubbling? I am done spending hundreds of dollars on used panels only to have them start to bubble a year or two later.

Any good upholstery shop should be able to do something with the bubbling, even up to re-covering them.
