First EvoScan Datalogs on 94 VR4 - High Knock - Phantom?

    Hello 3SGTO people,

New member here, but longtime fan of the 3S. Member of 3si.org from 2002 or so. My first car ever was a Red 1992 VR4 back in 2003. It was totaled in 2005, and never got another VR4. That was until Sept when I picked up a low mileage 1994 VR4.

Ill post another thread with more details about the new and old car.

But in the meantime I need some help from y'all.

I purchased the EvoScan 2.9 software and cable and pulled some quick logs.
The logs are showing a ton of Knock majority of the time. But timing isnt getting pulled.

Doesnt matter if I am idling or WOT. It goes up to 49 in WOT.

I am thinking Phantom Knock, but am not comfortable just brushing it off.

The car is bone stock. One previous owner, driven by the wife of a General Surgeon, 46k miles.

If anyone can take a look please at the images below and let me know what you think I would appreciate that.
Only thing I have done to the car so far is Oil Change.
Spark Plugs, Timing Belt, Tranny Fluid are coming up soon.

I have excel / csv files but it will not let me attach them.
Ill try to host them somewhere.

    Thanks!

    Randy

Looks like a bad knock sensor, replace it with a new oem.

    Wanted to give an update.
I was using the KnockSum3E to track.
When I track KnockSum is seems be be much more realistic numbers with mostly 0 and occasional single digits randomly.

I assumed KnockSum3E was the right metric based on the EvoScan guidance.

All logs look normal and healthy.
    Thanks for respone jroberts.
