Fix for lower console/upper dash clips that don't stay.

Very often the tabs on the lower center console are broken off. Usually from someone trying to remove the dash without removing the lower center console first. This also breaks the mounting point for the trim clips that cover the mating point.

With a little work with a drill/saw/hammer, you can make a bracket that recreates this opening for the clip springs.
