Gauging Interest - Auto Tuning Software

I have been thinking about this for quite some time now and wanted to see what everyones thought on it where before I dive in building this to find out it's not wanted.

The idea is simple, An online software tool that allows you to import your CSV log file and it would create a report for you with recommended options for tuning your ECU. This is mainly around Chrome but it would be built in a way that I'm sure the same rules would apply to tuning other applications also.

Core functionality would be as follows.

    General Idle
    Fuel Trims
    WOT Pulls
    Alarms

Software would also include graphing and such and allow you to view logs historically along with the reports which would allow you to see in a time-series sense what the actual affect was the changes you last made had on the car.

I deal in building automation tools for software suites so something like this is really no different. This would take the guesswork out of basic tuning and allow those new to ECU tuning a chance to dive in and start working on tuning their cars themselves.

What is everyone thoughts on having a tool like this available?

Just to note, basic functionality of the tool would be free but the advanced stuff there would be a cost associated to it due to the programming and data storage involved. I think the cost would be relatively cheap, Like a single run report would be like $2-3, weekly, months and year subscriptions for the full suite would also be available at relatively low costs. The fee's would be to cover the cost of hardware, hosting, etc. I figure if you compare the costs of this tool to paying to have someone do the same thing, this tool should be about 1/4 of the cost.

So what is everyones thoughts on this?

I'm posting this on the other site and FB groups also to be sure I get a broad spectrum of input.

Last note is that this is just in the planning stages. It would probably be about 6 months or so before a working copy of the tool was released depending on how many contributors I have assisting with the project.
