    Dedication or insanity?

As most of you know I have been (slowly) attempting to revive the Stealth from a long slumber. The further I go the more problems I continue to find. Am I insane or dedicated to keep this thing going? I am actually sacrificing a rust free southern shell to save my car.

I was catching up with Alex (alexw3000GT) at The Shootout over the weekend, telling him about the whole ordeal and his response was "You are definitely dedicated man."

I'm starting to think I'm insane. The parts I have laying around ready to go in cost more than the whole car is worth....

Shit or get off the pot.

If the car is not done by the end of the year, YOU don't care.

(I know you have been steadily working on it...but...)

    Tough love...

Please explain the DIFFERENCE between "dedicated" and "insane" as the two terms are applied to a 3000/Stealth? I'm not sure there is ANY DISCERNIBLE difference, an I am certain that if there is ANY, it is negligible at most.

    Just my 1.5 cents worth.

LOL Pretty much what I was starting to think.

I actually got past an obstacle today that makes me feel a lot better. I wish I didn't already have plans for the afternoon or I'd still be pushing away at getting more done right now. Tomorrow is another day with another set of goals though.

I made my way over there. I talked to Alex for a good 2 hours. Was going to make my way over to try to talk to Eric since I've never gotten to talk to him in person but he was pretty busy and talking to others and I didn't want to interrupt.

I think I checked your car out. I had a 1g panda years ago myself.

I brought my Lancer this year, but if things go as planned I'll be bringing the Stealth next year with my cousins 93 Laser that is getting painted Fiji blue, and his wife's 98 TSI.

I did make a little more progress on the car this weekend. I'll have to post an update with some pics in the revival thread.
