Anyone in the Kernersville, NC (USA) area that might have a Tactrix?

Anyone in the Kernersville, NC (USA) area that might have a Tactrix adapter
that can help diagnose an issue with my car (1991 NA converted to TT with the Chrome ECU) ?
    Any help appreciated.

My car will just not idle, period.
There is some roughness to the engine, minor backfiring,
when you rev the engine in the 1500 to 2500 range
when just trying to keep it running, but I would suspect
this to be a timing issue because I just replaced the belt.

I've gone through every bit of technical data I can find.
This includes pulling, cleaning, testing of every sensor that
there's info on. Last thing I did was pull the IAT, ran the
service manual tests on it, reinstalled and calibrated it and
the car ran great for 5 minutes (it actually idled). Came out
the next day and right back to the same problem... it just
    refuses to idle.

Just discovered: Rear Cam is off of it's timing mark by two
teeth... lovely! (I had replaced the timing belt last weekend)
I checked, double checked, triple checked to ensure timing marks
    where aligned... but...

Any suggestions on easiest way to deal with it?
Found a video on someone doing it with a credit card under the teeth
of the afflicted cam, interesting idea, tried it... now I'm off by three teeth. This is more
difficult that it should be! The cam gear likes to snap to a new position when
you try to rotate it a tooth or two.

You're going to have to get back down to the tensioner and redo the belt the right way.

As for the idle you said in your other thread you cleaned the IAC, but did you actually ohm it out? Have you checked to make sure the TPS is in spec? Has the SAS screw on the TB been messed with?

Belt and tensioner completely replaced. Checked, double checked, triple and quadruple checked.
All seems fine in that area now. IAC - checked with multimeter - seems fine. Same with TPS. SAS not touched.
Car is idling well now. But... there is a low-level rythmic "popping" from the exhaust (aka - backfire).
Tried messing with timing, TPS... but unable to figure this issue. I do have a timing light, but, there
is NO marking on the crank pulley to match the timing marks on the timing belt cover down there... which really seems odd to me. How in the world would I nail down my timing?
