TPS is definitely plugged in. I'd hadn't thought about speed sensor. Guess I can trace the wires back to the ECU to confirm by the pin out. I also have a large engine harness connector that I thnk used to go to the front of the engine as it has the shielded wire for the front O2 sensor. Maybe the IAT plugged in via that. Harness is all stripped back anyway as after I refitted the engine in. it won't start :-(
