Why can't I find a place to tune my 3s?

Im in northern indiana and my VR4 I have found to date 1 and ONLY 1 place in Ohio that is willing to tune the AWD, AEM electronics vehicle. Any help in finding a reputable place that in near the area I would love to hear the help! I'm only turning to here for help to add hopefully a second shop to the list. Thanks in advance and let me know where you got your last tune done and how you review that company.

The only place to "accept" a tune is PURE tuning in OHIO.
Places not tuning: Any location in Indidana so far, nothing in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne (where vehicle is now) and Churobusco

Most shops with AWD dynos won't touch them. Reputation of the car is poor and it only takes one bad review to ruin their reputation. Not worth the risk to their main business...Evo, subies, GTRs etc.
