Here's most of the information you guys need:

i have a new way of machining the large 74(or 75) cranks down while leaving these corners untouched so the diameter and overlap are the same as a stock 74. (leaving a large radius like a race crank) this will use custom main bearings to make this work and makes this design as strong as a stock 74 can be! (which is stronger than a 72)

the full shortblock is $6500. these cranks are coming out AWSOME and STRONG! there is HUGE cross section area... WAY more than a 3.0!

a fully balanced rotating assy, pin fit and all with custom pins.. all machine work done ready to drop in your engine is $4995. you will need to do light grinding to your block.

it uses my custom 6G72 rods with the wide small end.. $1095 (you can use your rods too)

custom pistons that ONLY fit this engine $795

custom tool steel pins we have been using for quite some time on our other engines $185

THESE PARTS ARE NOW ALL ON THE SHELF AND READY TO SHIP!

You can go with whatever 6G72 rods you want. I'd either go with the 3SX rods or the guy on here that makes them for $599 iirc. Unless you have the money to spend, Ray's custom rods aren't necessary. The pistons are though and so is the machine work and balancing. I would go with modified stock piston pins or Ray's custom tooled steel pins.

I believe the machine work for the crank was $900 and the balancing was a little over $600. I'd have to go back and look at my receipt but I thought altogether it was about $1500-$1600 for the machine work and balancing. Edit: I looked at my PMs and the machine work and balancing was $1550 together.

Yes it's a forged crank. It came out of a Debonair motor. I bought it from John Monnin. He's done a few 6G74 swaps, knows what he's talking about, and I had it as a spare in case the crank I sent to Ray was bad. I was only holding onto it in case my motor went down the road, but I think if that happens I'll probably go back to a 3.0L and some smaller turbos. PM sent.

how much more would it be in labor (not counting parts) to have a 3.5 stroker built vs. a stock rebuild ?

what labor? everything or just the specialized work (clearancing the block, balancing the assembly, grinding the crankshaft, etc)?

i know that for a shortblock 3.0 vs. 3.5 (no cores) you're looking about double the price.
