    Aem V2 tuning HELP :) 2200cc e85, 75mm turbo

Hello everyone! It's probably been a couple years since I've been on here. Long story short- was going tt fwd with built engine and 16gs. Car got totaled.
New setup- 91vr4, built engine, t case, stripped, 2200cc injectors, e85, 567lph lift pump and 2 450lph wallys in a surge tank, twin -6 feed, 75/83 single turbo, AEM V2
I setup a base/idle tune and got the car started and running, (keep in mind I have close to 0 actual tuning knowledge other than piggy backs). I was wondering if anyone could help me sort this tune out enough to get it driving around- it spits and blows raw fuel out at the moment, and also takes god knows how long to fire up when it's cold. I do have a tuner who is going to be finishing it up, but he's super busy at the moment and I'm trying to get it close enough to drive it to work and do the alignment. T-minus 2 weeks until racewars and I'm determined to get this thing there and make some epic passes. Thank you

If you have zero experience with the V2, this is a good start:

hit up Eric Englert..aka familyMAN aka 4gswap.com on facebook. He's tuning my 1000cc 16g VR-4 remotely and its running great on just the 3rd map he's sent me already. He's very reasonable on pricing.

Well, with the help of Eric and his ability to put up with my lack of computer skills, replacing fouled plugs and wideband sensor, were now breaking some ground. And to be honest, at around 50% throttle and 4500 rpm I'm feeling like a little school girl again. And, a bit scared lol
