upgrade fuel pump, lines?

looks like someone left the panel off the fuel pump in the back and the lines are bent up... If I change thinking upgrade if I can/should? Any other fuel pumps I should put in there, hoses etc?

people have made 600+ whp through the stock lines. If your stock lines are in good shape, they're going to be safer and more reliable than anything aftermarket.

the stock pump isn't great, but it's totally adequate until you upgrade turbos.

post some pictures of these bent up lines / previous owner's handy work.
