Its a 1992 Stealth RT/TT and it idles fine until i give it some revs or hit the brakes. When I give it gas it will rev up and then bog down, and when I hit the brakes it will die immediately. Any advice is much appreciated!

Have you checked for any boost leaks and or your tps?
First off thanks for replying. I have not done a boost leak test and i dont know what a tps is. I found a loose ground so i attached that and it runs great now except for at high rpm where i get severe power loss.
I also installed a fuel pressure guage on the rail and it shows i have good pressure while its running but it loses pressure rapidly after shutting off. I checked the fpr and it seems to be functioning properly and the pump is new so its probably not that.

Have a look at this for TPS adjustment and testing.
This also has a lot of other stuff you can view when diagnosing issues.

Before adjusting anything I would definitely look for an air leak coming from a hose.
High RPM power loss could just mean you need a plug and wire change.

Havent updated in a while but i have made some progress. I used a smoke machine to do a boost leak test and found a good size leak at the turbo outlet. I replaced the oring there and that solved the leak problem but it still dies at boost.
I took it for a test drive after doing the brakes on it and found that the turbos just arent spooling for some reason, so when i get to the point that i should be getting boost, the engine floods and dies.
I checked the turbos for shaft play and they feel fine and they spin freely so im not sure why they arent spooling. I did find that a piece of the intake tubing was ripped off and was possibly sucked into the turbo which could obviously be an issue. Should i pull the turbos and see if the rubber is in there somewhere? It shouldnt have made into the engine because it is running fine
