    The X's are nice cars but for the power they make, they are behind the curve. Definitely a bit porkier than the earlier EVO's. My buddy with an 8 who had full bolt-ons with a 9 turbo beat my other buddies X, which made over 490whp full bolt-on with the fp-mhi18k? i think it was...awesome handling cars though.

    The X is miles better out of the box than any of the earlier Evos. The earlier Evos are better at drag racing, but that's not really the point of an Evo is it?

    didn't run it. that fox runs 10's consistently with the old pushrod 5.0 though

    ended up ordering a fresh clutch for it this morning.
    old owner didnt know how to drive and burnt it up, ended up going OEM again because she doesnt plan on doing much over BPU.
    ordered thou cherry hill, apparently, the old 3si and 3sgto codes no longer work.

    well, fresh clutch in this week, its apparently up and running well, ill see for myself when I get home this week (thanks to my friend cody at A&M auto in e-town,ky for putting the clutch in while I'm out of town, and to Eric at cherry hill for the easy part ordering process.)
