somewhere between GB and Appleton (half way). but its not that I need help, I kneed parts. my wife helps me sometimes, like holding brake pedal or something.
I was able to remove that pin and put it back very easy. I mean, there was no tension on that pin what so ever.
Ok well I live in Kaukauna and Ive got an N/A Motor and shell sitting at my dads shop so if you need anything. The kid just did a 120k maintenance before he rolled his car even.
I've seen a quite a bit damaged cars that just had their regular maintenance done. I think I know why they get in the accident...
PS: I live probably 10-15mi north of you
Wow, is this a new tensioner? I have never been able to pull the pin after about 6 hours of it sitting. I have had 0 timing belt issues. I have just never encountered one that lasted for 24 hours and the pin can be pulled except on bad ones which were 100% time reused ones. If it is a new tensioner I wouldn't worry about it.
