Nope..after 12 long years, my Stealth has it's engine back!

The downside is, after these 12 long years, most of the nuts and bolts, and bits'n'bobs are long gone. I've put a lot of orders in with Fastenal lately
The sad news: None of the plans I had for this car ever came to fruition. I have a lot of go-fast goodies that aren't being installed with it. So, really, the car is being put back together the same way it was all those years ago..talk about a waste of time!

Where's the yellow Spyder?

I still lurk, Doc, I just haven't been a very active car guy over the last few years.
I still have my Spyder, but it desperately needs some TLC. The suspension I put in it wasn't setup correctly and broke a bunch of stuff..so it's waiting to go to a shop. The paint is also ruined from not having a place to hide from the elements. And the interior looks like something from a disaster movie.
Mom still has her yellow Spyder (currently in the shop for a check-up) and her yellow Stealth, but her stealth is going up for sale or trade. She's getting "too old" (her words) to get in and out of a low-slung sports car every day.
And loath though I am to say it, I'll be selling my Stealth once it's back in good shape..though I'll probably be REAL picky about who buys it. "You're only 29 years old? Forget it..I'm not selling it to you." I'm hoping one of my friends will buy it so I have a chance to buy it back one day when I have more room =)
