Unfortunately my harness isn't in my bay at the moment, but that mess at your coil pack is likely your issue. You need to get a second person to help crank while you use the test light to check for power at the coil.

There are downloadable FSMs on various sites around the net. Not too sure if there are any 97+ SOHC ones, but there are Stealth ones and you can at least compare

Been there. While the FSM helps I don't really know enough to make a wiring harness from this diagram despite having 3 years of EE college lol. Need to know colors of wires, I guess I'm pretty elementary on it. I should probably just learn to do it. Wondering if I can hotwire the coil at this point with something like this:

Basically just finding where on that harness I'm getting +12v while cranking and running it right to the + terminal. Not sure where to terminate the negative terminal tho. I guess just at ground like on the diagram?

Ground should be applied to pin to ECU. ECU does all of the grounding, positive wire goes to battery basically.
Your 1993 Dodge Stealth is one of 6351 that received VIN numbers. Based on the order of the serial numbers, your car was the 5212nd out of the 6351 that were made that year.
Your car was built in the 3rd week of February 1993. Of the 47380 vehicles made at the Nayoga plant, your car was the 40537th vehicle to be created that year.
There are 281 other cars that were made with both the same interior and exterior color. There are 779 cars with the same exterior color and 2316 cars with the same interior color.
Note: The production order is assigned based on the order of the serial number.

Both Ignition wires goes to a noise condenser:

There is a wiring harness diagram that shows the noise condenser also plugs into Tach and the PTU connects to ECU.
