I still don't think the chassis harness is your problem. Several people have done the SOHC to DOHC TT swap and have only had to figure out the alternator wiring to make it work right.
Something is still either unplugged, or there is a poor connection. I wish mine was together so I could try to help you pin some stuff out.
You know you have fuel, so thats good. For spark you need to start at the end, and work your way backwards.

I have a feeling the crank sensor wire got messed up. I was pretty violent when dropping in the engine.
You should be able to unplug it and test its output while someone cranks the engine over.
Redid the pump and added some grounds on the engine. Getting power to the black/white wire on the PTU now with key on. But no spark. Still. Ugh
Starting going through the wiring, I was ignoring this mess of RTV'd up wires because the car had ran before. I needed to fix it anyways so I fixed it and now the car runs like a dream! Now it's time for paint and it will be ready for the road.

See, told ya the chassis harness wasn't your issue.
Congrats on getting her running.
Okay I 'tried' to rewire this harness to the coil and ended up blowing my main engine fuse. I'm having another no start condition. The car was running and then died out. Figured it ran out of gas so I added more gas and nothing. I'm thinking the wiring I did is wrong because it hasn't ran since I messed with it and I did it with out reference. I tried to run it as it was ran but apparently I missed something. Normally I don't mess with things but it was only starting here and there and I had to jiggle that mess of wires to get it going. I can't find what color wire goes were etc. There are 2 large green wires leading up to the ignition coil inside the harness. They are dual layer wires. One is solid green and the other is green with a white stripe. On the inner layer I have power, the outer layer I believe is a ground. It was seriously such a mess of electrical tape and RTV (yes freaking gasket sealant) and wires twisted around a bent back ontop of each other it's no wonder I got it mixed up. If anyone has a SOHC if they could take a look at what goes where and give me some ideas on how to rewire this damn thing...
