I'm willing to bet the clutch pedal is rubbing/pressing wires under the dash.

+2. I had a similar, but opposite issue years ago. Wiring got caught up in my clutch pedal and a few times when I pushed the clutch pedal it would kill the car, because it popped a fusible link.

How dangerous is this? Should i be looking to dissassemble the clutch to find the issue? I figured a wire is shorted or grounded to something.

You need to look under the dash to find the wires getting caught and causing the issue.

So after taking off the push button from the clutch pedal, the vehicle is able to drive normally, and it starts normally, I have the push button ran up by the center dash console. Ill post a pick in the morning. I do appreciate all the helpful suggestions as to what the problem could be.

That might be a special feature someone programmed into your clutch pedal switch. Who knows.
