Oh yeah, we'll have a yard. The house is on just under a quarter acre. Best guess is that she's about 7 months old. This is the dog that we found in our neighborhood that appeared to have been abandoned.

Love the house. Kitchen looks extremely similar to ours hell, the master bath does too (we hate our tiny shower for, ahem, obvious reasons). Are you concerned about the schools?
