TIG welder for hobby work- Need advice

So I want to get a welder for some hobby work. For the 3s and some other things. It needs to be able to weld aluminum.

I'm looking at some good priced welding machines on ebay and looking at two specifically. One has has more functions, like "pulse welding". So is that something I should have or will the cheaper one suffice for my hobby work?

    Choosing between these two:

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/TIG-WELDER-P...4AAOSwX~dWoNgE

Any other advice apreciated aswell. Never worked much with welding before. Just did some mig simple mig welding before.

I would suggest the AHP below. I know quite a few who have it and they don't have any complaints.

Thanks I'll look in to it.

Usually prefer to buy through ebay though over Amazon since Ebay has cheap shipping with their "global shipping program"

What's your opinion of the pulse thing. Should I have it for alu welding?

QuPulsing allows you to control penetration and bead width independant of heat input. I use it on aluminum to get a reduce heat input without sacrificing penetration. When using pulse you should be increasing amperage while reducing the pulse on time. The mistake many make is not to increase the amperage enough when using pulse. You want the weld pool to form very quickly so you can get the filler in there and move on. The puddle should be cooling while you are stepping the torch ahead. On aluminum this requires a lot of amps. On 0.250 material I can max out my 300 amp machine easily and feel even that is not enough to do a proper job with the pulser.

The pulser is also almost manditory for use on out-of-posistion welds on aluminum.
