Right now I need to get some seat time in mine to fine tune things as I think that will get my issues into check. Mostly this was questions in regards to tuning and everything has been answered except for clarifying:
Whether you have other issues or not, it would be best to use the right latencies, especially when its so easy for the evo 560s. You use the stock evo latencies and 535 or so for the scaling as a start (on gas).

Negative means closed loop is removing fuel. The engine is too rich.

Grr.... No. You use 560 for the scaling.

535 was a number that came from the original EVO ECU hackers who used the wrong conversion formula to translate that table from hex. The conversion formula I use works with the exact size of the injector.

I know that. I start at 535, so the tune is a little rich to start tuning on the safe side.

I started with 560 and the car is running rich. Trims are all bottomed out. So I was going to bump it up to like 580 and see where is stood and go from there. Once I get it so that it is not bottomed or maxed out. I was then going to start with the VE table and fine adjust from there. Didn;t want to set it to 560 with them bottomed out and have to start making massive adjustments to the VE table.

    Check it out on Youtube!!

Can you post up the shots of the injector settings you are using or your rom file? The trims should not be pegged rich, even without tuning.

I'll have to get them tonight when I get home from work. They are stored on my tuning laptop which I don't have with me.

Dial back the coolant temp enrichment too. Take it back as much as half what the stock values are. It'll help make your tuning more manageable.

Isn't that only used until the car warms up? I always get the car up to temp first before doing any tuning.

Highlight the whole inj latency side of the table and multiple by (.9)
It should fix the trims. If not rinse and repeat.

So many different solutions to solve the same issue... But which is the better solution?? So far to fix trims I can either adjust injector scaling, start adjusting the injector latencies, or mess with the VE Table. So which one is the better solutions and how is it better over the others? Each solution may fix the trims, but what affects can each have on something else?

Adjusting Injector scaling will increase/decrease the fuel calculation and I assume also adjust the fuel table.

VE table adjustment is adjusting the airflow calculation

Adjusting Latency will keep the injectors open/closed longer
