Help with Degreeing GZP Preset Cam Gears

I purchased some DR stage 3 heads that were decked (and who knows if for the first time in their lives) and I'm planning to degree with my GZP Preset Cam Gears to see how close they now are to their preset +1,-3 and whether they are far enough off to justify a change to adjustable cam gears.

My very basic (perhaps stupid) question is: are the +1,-3 degrees everyone uses degrees of cam or degrees of crank (=2x degrees of cam)? In other words, with stock settings for lobe centerline of 109.5 degrees intake and 106.5 degrees exhaust should I be looking for centerlines on the preset cams of 110.5 / 103.5 (if the +1,-3 are degrees of crank) or of 111.5 / 100.5 (if the +1,-3 are degrees of cam and x2 for degrees of crank)?
