Where the hell did these come from?

(yes I tried to search to see if anyone else was asking)

I remember looking around for DOHC non turbo headers all the time years ago and never saw these.

seems like a good deal if they fit. You get headers, downpipe and engine bling all for under 400 bucks.
    Anyone tried them yet?

I don't know, but I think I'm going to buy these.

Let me know how it goes if you do.
I am interested but with a turbo conversion looming I think it would be a waste but if I pick up another 6g72 DD I will definitely be interested

From what I read in the past you might have to grind down the top a little to fit perfect maybe the reason for that price

The top of what? just so some of use can know what we would be getting into. I know for those of us with basic tools that could be a dealbreaker.

229FWHP is great on a N/A what do you believe is bottlenecking your horsepower now? Also, what kind of gains did you see with the headers?

Lot of out of the box headers like that tended to have to machine flat on the contact surfaces I've found out over the years. Still, a nice price for what they are.

The only ones I used to see where for the SOHC motors. But my N/A DOHC could use a little breathing room. Keep this updated as I'm interested.
