1995 Black VR-4 502awhp (Dynojet) and 425awhp (Mustang) at 13PSI pump gas
I have decided to sell my vr-4 after owning it for about 6 years. The car has always been a non-daily garage kept car(even the previous owner). Some life changes have made me make the decision to sell. I don't really need to sell it, but I only drove the car about 100 miles this whole year. It just sits around and I don't really have the time for it anymore.
A little about the car. The chassis has 136k. The rebuilt engine and new turbos have approximately 29k miles. The car should be capable of 600+ hp. I never had time to put a race gas tune on it or E-85. The last time I had it tuned at IPS apparently the DLI went bad and ran into spark blowout at 13 psi. So the car will need a new DLI. The previous owner had the car to 57x on 114 at 19 psi.
I have taken very good care of the car and drive it like a complete grandma 99% of the time. The interior is in great shape (new carpet). Exterior is original and has chips and scrapes here and there (mainly front bumper). It is a 20 year old car and has some issues. I will list everything I know thats wrong here. DLI is apparently bad (I dont know how to test it). AC isnt working, it apparently has a slow leak. I never used it so I never cared to fix it. Front strut mounts need replaced, I have new ones and will come with the car. Rear wiper doesn't work (never needed it). Active areo works sporadically. Second and third gear syncros arent perfect. The car shifts perfect at high rpms, but if your shifting lower rmps into second or third, you just have to be easy. There is no spare tire or jack due to the custom hatch area for the nitrous and battery set up. The nitrous bottle has been disconnected ( I never wanted to use it) but everything is wired and plumbed for it.. I will sell the bottle and everything with the car. It just needs to be hooked back up. The crank thing for the sunroof is striped out and doesn't work. I'm probably just being nit picky about a lot of this I just don't intend any surprises.
$11000 firm at this time. I'm in no hurry to sell the car and might just keep it if I cant get what I want.
