Just bought Chromed ECU, how do I get the ROM?

I just bought the Chromed ECU from 3sx and 3sx's website said I should be sent a link to download the ROM for free after I purchase the ECU. Well they haven't sent me a link, so I emailed them and they said to register on Chromedecu.com to get the ROM and so I did, but still no free ROM link or download. They haven't responded to my last email, which is annoying so I'd like to know if anyone else has gotten this link to download the ROM for free after the purchase of the ECU? Or if anyone knows what I need to do to get the ROM for free since I made the purchase and I think $50 or so is donated to the development of the ROM.

As far as I know they should provide you with a discount code you use on the chrome ecu site to checkout with the software for free. Atleast that is how I got mine.
