Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

i was gonna post a new thread but this falls in line with what i am about to do

i bought injector o rings for when i swap my injectors....so this may be a dumb question but when i replace my OEM injectors with PE560s, am i able to use OEM o rings or do i have to get different ones. from what i could tell i tested the fit and they look good but little things like this can really ruin my day if i run into a problem later. thanks

My understanding is any of the o-rings will work, strictly as a matter of function.

It seems everyone has a preference as to which ones are used, so in my case, it helped to just default to what chance gave me.

I had anticipated getting to the job by now, but our weather fell apart again, so I decided to send the injectors to Evotuner (a treat to deal with!) for a freshening they turned out not to need; he returned them with new seals, so I'm good to go - whenever the weather breaks for real.

You need to lube the fuel rail O rings really or you can snag them going in.
