    Std. Clarion unit fm issue

Im not sure if this is a dumb question, but here it goes... I just got my first GTO TT 91, and it has the std. Clarion unit, but the FM only goes from 76.0 up to 90.0 and that really sucks where I live... Is there any way to fix that, or is it something with the unit coming from Japan??

I would really like to keep the car as standard as possible, so I was hoping not having to change the unit

It is the fact that the radio is a Japan radio, their broadcasting range is between 70-90mhz. The only option I can suggest that would allow you to keep it original is use a smartphone app to listen to US radio stations.
