Another PB and the European Record falls again

Another PB and European record today.

1st run off the trailer and got a 9.5 second pass at 158 mph.

There was still a lot left on the table as the 60' was only a 1.6, lazy gear changes and wheelspin right through 2nd gear!

The downside is that as I crossed under the gantry the powered steering pulley came off and as I got back to the pits the crank pulley came off too. This could mean piston to valve contact so the day was over unfortunately.

The 60' was 1/10th slower and the 330' 0.11 slower than my 9.7 @ 145 mph run yet the 1/8th was pretty much identical and 2/10ths quicker in the 1/4.

Previously when I did the 9.7 the car was only running 682 hp yet today it was running 995 hp. Given the terminal I do believe there was a much quicker time in the car today.

Just trying to see what we can get. TBH, it is more about beating my competition in the Jap Drag Series Championship than anything else although a record or too wouldn't be an unwelcome bonus.
