WTF Google....?

I'm the first to admit that I haven't kept myself really familiar with some of the tech that I use all the time... I was noticing my tablet was acting a little wierd, and I was afraid the battery was going south. While trying to educate myself on the the android system, I thought some type of system monitor ap would be cool, so I downloaded one and installed it... Everything went just fine until I tried to find it. It said it was installed, but I couldn't find it anywhere on the device.

I found it this morning installed on my phone....

No intoxication involved... I installed the app from the tablet, expecting it to be installed on that device. It made me log into my Google account because the app was on Google play. I think the Gmail account that I never use is tied to the phone.
