Found a 91 RT/TT on my way home today

Was coming back a different way from picking up my daughter and saw this parked by a barn. Odometer reads just over 54k from what I could see. Interior looks dusy but like new condition other than a bit of wearing on the drivers seat. Front active aero looks busted up from bottoming out.

You guys think this would be something worth buying if the owner is interested in selling?

i would say yes...but stealths never saw active areo...so not sure what you were looking at there..hard to tell in the pics if its a tt car or not.and its not the orginal paint...only reason i know that is due to the headlights and roof being blue and not black at least part of the car are not orginal paint..

Those are TT wheels, but as stated Stealths never got active aero. You are probably just seeing the underbody plastics.

There was definitely an active aero under there all mashed up, I've seen one before. How much would something like this be worth if the guy calls me? Shifter was a 6spd, 180mph on the speedo and it has TT calipers and side mounts.

Absolutely no way it was AA. There is no way to mount it on a Stealth. 6 speed shifter knob doesn't mean its a 6 speed either.

    91 TT would have been a 5MT.

Good find. Start at $1500 as suggested and see where it takes you.

Yea the bumper is not even the same shape underneath as a 3000, unless he did a crazy custom job it doesnt have AA.

Only way to tell with the trans is to row the gears, reverse is 4 slots to the right and down on a 6 speed.

54k is pretty low mileage for a 1st gen (or any gen at this point in time), if the price is right and there is some documented history and proof of maintenance, why not?

I agree, but having low miles it might have no maintenance history at all.

Looks like a really nice car from the pics, i cant tell from the pic for sure but i didnt notice the dual exhaust TT's come with, its also probably just a shift knob, at 54k i dont know why anyone would bother replacing the tranny.

All in all if the price is right i would say go for it.
