I think the easiest way to test the filters would be to dyno the car with the filters, then again without the filters. I know ive done 518whp with those and i think (but could be very wrong) that eric with the black dr750 car did 600+ awhp while running the same dejon intake.

Once i went to the DR1000s i was also worried about the filters and tubing causing a restriction. I ended up buying the following from cxracing.

PIP300-90-2 3" Inch OD 90 Degree Universal Aluminum Intercooler Intake Pipe $39.99
    PIP300-45 3" 45 Degree Bend Aluminum Pipe, 2.0mm Thick Bend, 18" Length $15.00
SH300R275-3BK-76 3"-2.75" Black Silicon hose reducer for Intercooler pipe $8.00
SH300R275-4BK-90-85 3"-2.75" 90 Degree Eblow Black Silicon hose reducer 4 layers coupler $15.00
    (x2) CLM300-T 3" T-bolt clamp Supercharger Turbo Intercooler exhaust $4.00
    (x2) CLM275-T 2.75" T-bolt clamp Supercharger Turbo Intercooler exhaust$4.00

The grand total was only $105.

    Dejon vs T3/T4 DR1000.

EDIT: I also used the KN Filter PN RE-0910 they are 8" long 5" wide and 3" hole

That came out nice, I ended up with way more silicone then I wanted for mine; I ran out of space and drive to buy any more aluminum pipe. I think I'm seeing on v1, v2 will be more like yours.

I'll try to get some pics up in a bit.

RE- 0870 is the one on top that got replaced and RF-1040 is the one on the bottom. Rated at over 1000cfm..made for turbo diesel trucks. RE-0870 is commonly run with the ARC2 setups. Not my picture, just posting.

I'm looking to replace my dual filters with a bubble and the largest filter I can fit in the area.
