The bigger question is why do we care? Illicit substances only became a social pariah in the last 100 years. And W.R.Hurst had a lot to do with that--as he was pushing his paper-mill buddies' agendas....which is how Reefer Madness got made.

indeed. hell people used to give the slaves in the US cocaine working on the docks and what not. you want MF'ers to come to work and get a ton of shit done. give them an 8-ball when they clock in.
