Why didn't you take the skirts off, Gnate?
Ranked No. #1 in initial quality

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

It's only the drivers side that is on, and it's cause the pinch weld had them stuck on there. Didn't have the room or desire to worry about it. I have other skirts in the garage in decent shape.

I'd think about trying to cut the windshield out if its good. It would be good practice and you'd have a spare if it worked.

It's like $150 for a new one... not worth the time or effort. I know I could get it it out, I just don't care that much.

Ok I suck at updating, but I've gotten a lot done.

I found out the exhaust manifolds I had were cracked pretty bad

So I decided to get out of TD05 land, and went to T3 land. Bought what was advertised as DR1000's, but upon closer inspection they are actually GT3076's. They truly aren't exactly what I want, but they'll work. The manifolds were not advertised as cracked or warped, but sure enough they were. So I took them to a shop, had them straightened, rewelded, and skimmed flat. Pics in no particular order.

I also painted my engine bay

Lastly, got the engine together and in

That's obviously a very broad view of what's happened, but you get the gist. I expect to get it running in the next few weeks. Have a few more things to finish up!
