o2 sensor voltage and fuel trim data help!

    Hi All

Hoping someone can have a look at the attached log I pulled today. Its a screen dump of it.

Basically I have what I think is my narrowband 02 sensor wired up wrong! Need to confirm.

Car is running 1 x Narrowband 02 to Chrome ECU with the "Dual narrowband Fuel bank trim" option disabled in the ROM because im only using one narrowband o2 sensor.

I can see I have good voltage for Front Primary O2 sensor (between 0.18 and 0.23) but stupid voltage (constant 4.98 volts) for Rear Primary O2 sensor.

With the dual narrowband fuel bank trim disabled does this mean the ecu will only use the Rear primary O2 sensor voltage to calculate fuel trim?
How can I get it to use Front Primary O2 sensor voltage? (do I need to swap wires around on the 02 sensor harness?)

Below is the data. I am fairly sure this o2 sensor voltage issue is causing my 02 feedback trims to be way out spec?
