    1995 19T Chrome'd and forged ;)

    Hi Guys,
after 3 years of boosting along, a stupid mechanic dropped a washer in my 1 Cyl and totaled a perfectly fine 100k miles motor. This was 2 years ago and I decided to invest and rebuild it. I am in Bulgaria (this is in eastern Europe) and getting parts from US is a total nightmare. Nevertheless, I got some parts and finished my build at the end of last summer:

    91,5mm Wiseco's
    Ninja Performance Rods
    3sx Poly motor bushings
    Billet 19T 6+6 with TD04L 11 Blades
    120k service

Car ran nice with the stock 95 ecu on wastegate pressure and I decided to go Chrome. Found a 98 SL ECU, did my own conversion harness (stupid idea), installed Evo 560s, added Ninja Performance MBC, swapped the stock BCS as Purge selenoid, adjusted the Chrome ROM and started the car with no issues.

So, I've been driving like that for 500miles now and the car runs great, apart from some minor issues. I haven't been tuning the VE and my trims are:

    F_FuelTrim_Low------F_Fuel Trim_Mid----F_FuelTrim_High----R_FuelTrim_Low----R_FuelTrim_Mid----R_FuelTrim_High
    10.15625-------------11.9140625---------6.0546875-----------4.296875------------7.03125------------7.2265625

This weekend I plan to install a GM MAP Sensor, new fuel filter and if I find a harness, maybe an Evo MAF. I am still running the stock BOV so the MBC is adjusted for the lowest possible boost. Still the car runs great, very responsive, gets in boost i think between 2500 and 2700 rpm. I have a nice sport main CAT and gutted pre-CATs. I did enable Lean Spool, but I did not notice any difference.
I still run the stock y-pipe with pretty worn rubber gasket, but I don't like the aluminum y-pipes. Does anyone now where to get a new rubber gasket or hot to fix the existing one? I did not perform a pressure leak test, but I am sure it will leak and pop at higher boost levels.
Another problem that I have is after installing the 560s at deceleration under 2000rpm, the car will begin to jerk, like fuel gets injected and stops getting injected maybe every 250ms. Can this be related to the Purge system?
The worst think is the poly motor bushings. The car has slight vibrations at idle, and at 2000rpm the hole dash vibrates and squeaks. At 2500rpm it gets better and at 3000rpm its not noticeable. I need to fix this ... maybe I will swap the rear mount with a new stock one, but again getting it will be a costly nighmare, so I was thinking of either drilling some holes in the polyurethane in circular manner, so it gets "softer" ... or getting new type of softer polyurethane in the mount at a local shop, but I think this will still be too stiff. What do you guys think?
I will slowly get into tuning VE, fuel and ignition, but before that I want to be sure that everything else is sorted out. Anyway let me now what you think about my build

Sounds like a solid build. Your engine vibration situation is strange to me. I have a big stroker, real lopey cams, and poly mounts... my dash doesn't vibrate very much at idle at all. I can't think what would be causing yours to.

    You should post some pictures!
Your english is excellent by the way!

    Thanks futurevr4man,
The vibrations are barely noticeable at idle, but at 2000rpm it's pretty bad.

Here is a little bit romantic video that a friend made about my car few years ago, when I was living in Germany ...

I'll post some pics from the engine rebuild later ...

Give it some fuel around 2000 to 2500 and see if it smoothes out. My car always needs more fuel in that area under lighter load or it runs rough.
