Pricing help, 1st gen vr4

Okay,
First off hi everyone! It's been a while . Anyways,
My friend has a white 1st gen vr4, 91k on the odo. And the interior and exterior are beautiful and all stock. Problem is the engine is trash. So before I go and insult my friend with a price what should I be willing to pay? This is a one owner car. I would love to revive her since I have the means too.
