    If I had a kit to assemble, I'd do it. I don't have the machining equipment.

    i surpose it would be alot easier to make a 1/4 scale block now and all the parts to go with it, these new CNC machines are wicked. the motors barry hares made were done in the 70's before newfangled machinery.

    You should see the Rapid Protyping Center at Milwaukee School of Engineering.....That Rapid Prototyping shit is SWEET.

    The machining technology is amazing these days. I saw a show that was talking about this new thing. Jay Leno had it. You would place a part in it and it would scan it making a 3D model. It would then output a CNC code to have it replicated, or you could make a plasic copy of it. I imagine it would be easy to just add a scale to it.
