I have a some questions:

1) NCM offers track insurance for HPDE events - Are we going to be able to use this for the NG?

2) What track configuration did we get, Grand Full Circuit or West Circuit?

3) Touring Session Questions:
a. If you sign up for the Touring Sessions and after the first session decide to upgrade to Beginner-Level Road Course, will you lose out on a Beginner session?
b. Event prices are typically higher during the NG, will the upgrade fee be the cost of the on-site event registration or will it be the same as the pre-event registration price since you signed up for the Touring Session pre-event?

I wasn't meaning a breakdown of per dollar item goes to what... The details Lori listed are not really clear on the site. On the pricing page it should go into details as to what is inclusive.

Example:

Registration - $100 - covers registration materials (which includes paper, ink, fusers, drums, etc. for the printer, bags to put it all in, and any other materials "lanyard, badge holder, badge paper, car show sheets and costs associated with those, and tons more"), t-shirts, print costs on t-shirts, INSURANCE for you AND your vehicle as long as it's registered with us, your spectator fees into everything, your banquet, your car show entry, prizes.

Participating Vehicle - $25 - Covers ????

Autocross - $45 - Details?? How many laps/runs

Drags - $40 - *Note it is a test n tune and that spectators have to pay a $10 gate entry fee.

Venue page should have specific details about each event in depth, most likely down by the person that is sponsoring the event.

You are putting on a very large somewhat expensive event, but you have very little details listed on the site disclosing any information about each of the events and what all they entail. For those members that have been going for the last couple years or who have been there in the past they know what to expect, But you can't really target new growth without showing them what they can expect and what exactly they are paying for.

venues page and rest of the home page will be updates now that all the events are locked it.

Yeah I just looked through my transaction logs and noticed I fat fingered the subject... Oops! I did get it right in the body though! LOL

Holy crap 85 days away. That's not very long. I better get crackin! I may register regardless but there is something to be said about having your own car there.
