Can't figure it out

3 weeks ago my car ran fine, no issues. Then it would run fine one time and the next like it was not firing on all six. To start out with I have 94+ Japanese engine, but my first engine was a 92 setup so I just put the CAS from it into the newer engine and ran it for a long time like that. After reading a lot I read that the CAS could be the issue or the PTU or coils could be the problem. After switching out the PTU and coils I tried it and it would crank but never start up. So I check to see if I was getting spark and I wasn't. So I figure it's the CAS, still having the original jap harness I cut the cam and crank sensor off of it and did the conversion. I have a 93 vr4 ecu and didn't see any leakage on it so I put it in. It would start up but was real rough like the misfire from before, but would at least start now. It will do it from either PTU or coil set I have with no difference, and all 6 coils had spark. So I drained my tank thinking maybe bad gas and change the filter but no difference. I have another set of injectors and no difference, and both sets spray a pattern and I have the right fuel pressure. I'm getting around 145 compression across the board. Tomorrow I'm going to put in the jap ecu just to see what it dose. I'm really at a loss, so any ideas would really be appreciated. Oh and I did check my timing and its on the money.

Yeah I've had that problem before, so i basically have ran a direct wire from the MFI to the fuel pump.I also cranked it over with the fuel rail unattached so I could confirm the injectors were spaying and what kinda pattern
