    Stock Caliper Big Brake Kits (VR4}

Well guys I am finally releasing the stock caliper BBK kits that myself and Hans have been working on for some time. These use your stock calipers and replace the small oem rotors with large 370z sport rotors. You personally will have to grind out the calipers, they are not part of the kits. The kits will come with the relocation brackets, all hardware, spacer need for the rear, and detailed instructions. You will have to purchase the rotors yourself. We did this so you can decide what kind you would like. Rotor are available though off the shelf from any parts store.

    Kit details:
    Includes:
    Relocation Brackets
    Mounting Hardware
Pad Bolts (replaces the pins and adds strength to the caliper)
    Custom Spacer (rear only)
    Instructions

    Not included but needed:
370z SPORT Rotors (anything from blanks to high end 2 piece are available from many parts stores)
Some sort of grinder to grind down the passages in the calipers and rear heat shield.
    Basic hand tools
    Floor jack

Pricing will be for both 1g and 2g:
    $175 Front
    $225 Rear
Flat $10 shipping charge (if you buy front and rear you will only be charged $10 total)

Brackets are 3/8 steel and will be zinc coated (ones in picture are just painted for testing)
    The rotors are
    Front:355mmx32mm
    Rear: 350mmx20mm
    Stock front: 1g 296mmx30mm, 2g 314mmx30mm
    Stock rear: 1g 284mmx20mm, 2g 297mmx20mm

Total cost for upgrading with basic blank rotors is around $600.

I will be taking pre orders right away. I need atleast 20 people to pre order and pre pay (I can not personally afford to drop 5-10k on making a large batch of parts) To get the first run done. Then after that I should be able to have a stock of them going forward.

I will be taking 2g front and rear and 1g front orders today, the 1g rear I should be able to take orders Wednesday or Thursday (I have to finish up the final drawing specs for it)

Pictures are of stock 2g brakes

Any question feel free to ask.
    Thanks
    Freddy.

    More picture

Note this do also help with wheel fitment. They move the calipers slight inward and also up further from the hub.

how much does it bring the calipers inward, and what sort of timeframe are we looking at for delivery? (both for a 1G kit)

on a 1g if brings the front calipers up just over an 1inch. it moves the caliper inward about 1.5mm. the rear it is 1.25 inches up and about 3mm inward. it drastically helps with wheel fitment as well as much improved braking performance.

Here are some side by side pics with 2g stock rotor. 1g would be even a larger difference.

I could probably grind some out for a fee but you would still need to do the little bit of grinding on the heat shield yourself.
