You can have 2 saved tunes on it. So have one preset setting with 2-step and one zeroed out for your normal driving

Mess up your TPS position so that the idle switch isn't triggered and that will probably not trigger decel fuel cutoff. Just richening up the cells probably won't do it since DFCO will override it.
