+100 E36... You could feel everything that car was trying to do, most of the time it would let you change it up as well. The car was nimble but also centered enough that it was pleasant to drive in all conditions. Also to me it reved to hell and back.

Also... Miata gets a vote as well.

Ive had a few miatas..both na and turboed...currently have a jackson racing supercharged one and its a peppy little car...feels worlds faster than a stock non fi miata. I would highly recommend it. it does rolling burnouts from 2nd gear...

Miata...Or just run the VR4. Auto-x is pretty hazard free.

Driver mod > car ability anyway initially, Miata has a very high ceiling at auto-x.

Thanks guys, I will continue to look for a miata. Found a steal of a deal and was going to purchase it. We told the guy we would come out in an hour or so with cash, he said don't worry just come tomorrow morning... get a text at 12am saying it sold... A-hole

I still vote for VR-4. Figure out if you even like standing around in a parking lot before spending any money, lol. If you make it to any of the events at the Meadowlands, I'm hoping to make a couple. I'll give you a ride

Its a date! Motorcycle track days are like that too. 10 minutes on track, 20 minute wait till you can go out again, someone crashes and that adds more time in between sessions. Just to hear the downshift and up shifts as the pro's race around the track is pretty orgasmic and fun to watch on its own. Key is to stay hydrated and cool. I am deff interested!

miata are pretty great as they auto x and can be made into a decent track car aswell. if its strickly auto x then a crx is pretty up there in terms of what you can do, specifically an 88 crx if you want to get really picky, they make some of the best auto x cars out there period. they did a slight suspension change after 88 to dull the car down abit as customers complained about it being to twitchy so the legend goes
