I agree with soaking it in PB Blaster and after sitting a day or two try to turn the crank with a breaker bar.

I haven't had time to try anything lately, but I'm thinking PB blaster is probably a good idea. As it sits, the heads are off, the crank, girdle and main seal are off. Just the rods and pistons remain.
Seriously try the acetone mixed with ATF. I read a review stating its the best rust breaker around. It was posted on 3si so I know some of you guys read it as well.
I (post PB blaster, but I would think Seafoam deep creep would do better) did the crank removal technique plus wood and hammer on a 4 year rust block that sat outside. Problem was the rings were stuck in the grooves, and not just the top groove (if you assumed the piston got damaged. I should have soaked them longer in solvent.
