JBA3's "what's that plug go to?" thread (help identifying / confirming engine plugs)

I took part of my 95 VR4 apart a couple years ago for what was, as usual with these cars, supposed to be a simple replacement; my 150K original mounts were shot. Along the way, a turbo housing broke, some bolts snapped... and I went through a separation, a divorce, and some vendor drama that is finally resolved and I want to get back into the platform again. I miss this car!

EDIT: List of potentially relevant mods / deletes:
    ABS delete
    A/C delete
    AWS delete (w/2WS pump)
    EGR delete
    Clutch Vac Assist delete
    Full vac reduction
    FMIC conversion (pending)
Misc stainless lines (water housing, clutch slave, etc)

Goal is to get the car back up and running, get all the fluids done, get it broken in on wastegate, then swap over to the flashable ECU (factory ECU is in there for now), bigger injectors (stock 360s right now), and get started on dialing it in. After that I'll handle some cosmetic stuff (dash vents, door clips, mystery hood dent, new leather, lowering, etc). I haven't driven it in almost 3 years and it used to be my daily driver for 60k miles; I need to hear this sweet twin turbo V6 purring again!

Some of these I think I know, and want to confirm, some I just don't remember at all. Pics for easy reference.

Things I think I'm right but want confirmation:

    Throttle body connector?

Rear O2 sensor connected to the plug at the injector wiring harness; seems to be the only way I can route the wiring, is this correct?

Is this the stock alarm? I relocated the factory horns up front... there was an aftermarket keyless w/alarm on the car so I'm not sure if this is factory or not? Factory alarm is disabled, so I think I can get rid of this?

Believe this one went to the A/C compressor?

    Things I'm not sure about:

What's this one? Passenger side front of car. It looks like an O2 sensor, but I have one plugged in from near the cruise control box (to front pre-cat) and another plugged in from the injector wiring harness (which goes to rear pre-cat). Car only has 2 O2 sensors (fed spec), so I'm confused what this would be, even though the connector looks identical to the O2 connectors...?

Not sure what this one is either

What does this one go to? I remember removing something from the holes near the fender, and think it might have gone to that. Doing an FMIC conversion and whatever was in the holes, I didn't want / didn't need to keep. Car has the AWS delete so it just has the 2WS pump, can't remember if that's relevant but it's in the same area here.

No idea what this one goes to??

Large connector near where the ABS was. There are two connectors next to it, which I believe were the ones that went to the ABS pump. What's this one?

This doesn't seem right for the front O2 wiring; is my pigtail too short or something? I don't have the little bracket/clip over the alternator that it normally connects to. I think this would work (assuming it's the right connector for the O2 sensor), but, it seems like a bad way to run the wire. It's too short to run any other way, unless I split the harness from the unused plug.

First two you are correct. TB and rear O2 sensor. Not sure about the alarm system. The AC compressor is correct. The next connector ("that looks like an O2 connector") goes to the passenger side fan. I forget what the green plug by the right side fender well is for. Don't know what the small connector on the driver's side by the relay box is for. The connector by the thermostat housing connects to the coil pack, I believe. No idea about the last picture. Hope this helps.

I forget what other things I did. And I've also forgotten what half these wire harness plugs go to!

The one by the ps reservoir is for the 4ws reservoir. you dont need it.

The one by the firewall by the wiper motor is for the solenoid pack on the firewall. no need for it.

The one by the thermostat housing is for the IAC, the other one is for the TPS.

    Everything else is correct.
