15g compressor housing and wheel.

so I was looking around eBay and seen this. The measurements are either wrong or this is realistically an upgrade over a 15g. It's actually larger than the 15T. Anyone use these before?

those measurements would be for a 16T compressor wheel. either the title is wrong or the measurements are wrong.
