Removing rear head with engine in car

I currently have the front head off and will need to pull out the rear head as well since it's likely the valves are bent on this head also. What is the best approach to pulling out the rear head? Can the head be removed with the rear manifold still attached? Any special tools recommended to make this process easier?

    Thanks,
    Andrew

Pull the turbo off first and you should be able to remove it with the manifold still on. I just finished doing this to a friends car.

Thanks! Glad the manifold could be pulled with the head. Probably would be a pain to remove that manifold while in the car.
