EVOScan 2.9 can now properly read codes.

The latest update of EVOScan fixed the OBD2 DTC reading/clearing. All you gotta do is updade evoscan and select OBD2 96-2005 ECU option in the drop down list (not MUT).

3 freaking years to fix a pulse blip error.... Better late than never I guess.

Does this eliminate the need for the older EVOScans now?

Make sure you have OBD2 selected in the bottom right corner drop box.

I just updated through the program and yes it was still 2.9.0092. Funny that Evoscan's site has 2.9.0023 from 2013 shown on the downloads page.
